Ha! I just remembered I was supposed to write this blog about 5 million days ago. I’ve been really busy and pre-occupid recently in the studio. It’s been pretty intense and full-on. So full-on that this happened:

We’re still here and on our 8th week I think (it’s easy to lose track). We originally gave ourselves a three week limit to get everything done. Around the second week we decided that we needed to spend a lot longer on the album for various reasons. We’ve worked so hard on crafting these songs and we wanted to give them the time that they deserved.

Also, we aren’t very good musicians.. but that just adds to the character of the record I think. I’ve convinced myself that anyway.

Today we’re recording backing vocals. We’ll probably be doing them for the next week or so. They’re a big part of our songs and we’re all involved in them. I just recorded a video of Lloyd singing one of his parts on a track called ‘Life On Earth’. I hope you like it.

We might finish this record one day.
